SOLIDStamp, redefined by HWR, utilizes stamping technology which employs a high-pressure process to form a well-defined tooth contour on the workpiece. This contour ensures a secure and stable clamping solution when the blank is clamped in a vise with form fit. Unlike milling dove tails, this process does not require complex pre-machining, allowing for quick preparation of raw parts for clamping in a vice using the stamping press. With SOLIDStamp, a minimum clamping depth of 3mm can be achieved, providing high holding forces and numerous benefits.Downloads:
